Climatearray provides software for assessing physical climate risk across asset portfolios, including hazard mapping, projected financial loss estimates, reporting, and adaptation guidance. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
You retain all rights to the portfolio data you upload. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service (computing risk scores, rendering maps, generating reports). We do not sell your data or use it to benefit other customers.
Hazard layers, risk scores, expected annual loss figures, and adaptation recommendations are model-based estimates derived from publicly available climate model ensembles (CMIP6 and derived datasets) and peer-reviewed vulnerability functions. They carry inherent scientific uncertainty. They are provided for screening and disclosure-support purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, insurance, engineering, or legal advice. You are responsible for independent validation before relying on outputs for material decisions.
The service is provided "as is" and may evolve. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Material changes to these terms will be notified via the service or email.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by your organization in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request export of your portfolio data.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
